Our warranties protect major household appliances and systems. These include your kitchen and laundry appliances, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and more. Please visit our Plans Page to see all of our pricing and options. A rule of thumb: if the item you’re looking for isn’t listed in our plan packages or in the add-on options section, we don’t offer it.

Claims and Coverage
Zero! We don’t charge a deductible or service call fee on any of our plans.
If protecting your existing home, there is a 30-day waiting period before you are eligible for repairs or service. If you are purchasing a home, the protection begins on the day of closing, pending payment.

No, we don’t place a limit on the number of covered repairs, although some coverage limitations may apply. Please review our Terms & Conditions for coverage limitations and exclusions.
No. Because our pricing is based on the items protected and not the square footage of the home, each plan includes protection for one of each appliance or heating/cooling system listed. Additional items may be added to plans for homes with multiples.
Service response time can vary based on different factors. Typically our in-network service providers can accommodate appointments within 0-3 days. You also always have the option to use any service company of your choice. So if you contact a company who can provide faster service, you are welcome to use them and your coverage still works the same.
If an item needs to be replaced, you will receive a flat dollar payout towards the replacement. You can view these dollar amounts in Section G of our Terms & Conditions. CP™ does not offer full replacement.
Should you wish to take out additional appliance protection (applies only to your primary washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator), this option provides for increased consideration for more expensive repairs and doubles the flat dollar payout amount towards replacement. You can view these dollar amounts in Section G of our Terms & Conditions.
There is none. Our Terms & Conditions are only two pages long, in readable 12 point font (plus state-specific addendums). We appreciate simplicity and believe it shouldn’t take an attorney to understand what’s included in your protection.
Current Customers
Visit our Customer Portal to view all of your plan and account details. You received an email with a temporary password to access your account. If you have lost this email or forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot Password” to have a new one generated for you.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan or add items to your existing plan anytime. There will be a 30-day waiting period for any items that are added. You may also remove add-on items from your plan as long as you haven’t made any claims on them.
All annual plans will receive notice of renewal and/or payment in advance of expiration. All monthly plans renew automatically each month. If you would like to set up an automatic payment or check the status of your renewal, please call 800-978-2022 or visit our Customer Portal.
Yes, all our plans can be canceled anytime. If you cancel your plan prior to your date of eligibility, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after your date of eligibility, refunds are pro-rated, less claims paid, and less a $25 processing fee. Cancellation terms can vary by state. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Most Common Questions
Homeowners insurance covers things that might happen like theft, fire and storm damage, and flooding. Home warranty plans cover things that will inevitably happen like heating and AC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen and laundry appliance breakdowns. Having a home warranty protects your budget and your peace of mind.
Yes, you can purchase any of our plans for your rental property. Please note that tenant-occupied homes are subject to an additional $5 per month fee on top of the plan price.

Costs and Payments
You can pay monthly or annually, by checking account, credit or debit card. Plans being purchased through a real estate closing will be billed directly to your Title Company.

Possibly. If the technician on site determines the issue is not covered by your plan, it will be your responsibility to pay anything outside of the service call, should you wish to proceed with the repair. Please review our Terms & Conditions for coverage limitations and exclusions.
